Design Team: Laurie Foster Week 7 Term 6

Butterfly Card

We love today's sweet project by Laurie Foster. See how you can recreate it below!

Supplies

Melissa Francis German glass glitter
Crafters Companion folder
Buttons
Butterfly die Stampin Up
Lacey oval spellbinder
Large oval spellbinder
Medium corner tag square die
Teresa Collins paper
Sheet music
Doilies
Twine
Pumice Distress ink

Using your eBosser cut out Lacey and large ovals, butterfly, corner tag square. Cut square and doilies base of card. Card measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/4. Layer Lacey oval, large oval and butterfly with dimensionals. For the top and bottom of card layer doilies, square and buttons. I used Pumice distress inks.
I embossed the ticket punched corner squares with the crafter companion embossing folder.

  1. OH MY GOSH! Laurie, I love that you used the tag die to create "stops" at top and bottom to bracket the oval. The doilies add that soft gentle touch you'd expect of a card that showcases a butterfly
