Design Team: Laurie Foster Week 1 Term 6

Pretty Star

Laurie Foster is loving the eBosser! See how she used it to accentuate today's project!

I made the dress form by cutting out the dress forms, then you fold them in half. You need to cut 4 chip board dress forms to make you base, then you glue the folded shapes in the center. I used Tim Holtz distress ink around all dress forms. Embellish with ribbon, trinkets. Use E6000 to glue the base to a vintage button.

Mod podge favorit papers to metal star. I used Pink Paisley Butterfly Garden collection for my star. Once dry add a layer of PVA adhesive and sprinkle with glitter. I used Martha Stewarts clear glitter. I used Tim Holtz rosette die to make the rosettes, I used my eBosser to cut them and place in the center.. Add button or other embellishment in the center.

  2. Laurie, the dress form.. did you use the Tim Holtz Dress Form die in your ebosser? Wow I love that idea. And on top of the glitter encrusted designer paper encrusted star spokes you added a die cut rosette, what a great finishing touch.
