Blue Flowers

Hello everyone! This is Berina here today, with a floral thank you card using beautiful blue flowers.

I used the Climber Flowers die set from Altenew to die cut the flowers and leaves on my SNAP machine. I have set this machine on my craft table and it's easier to use it for most of my die cutting now. I die cut them on white card stock and colored them with alcohol markers. It's easy to assemble by looking at the layering guide. Once I had the flowers and leaves all assembled, I took a white card base and used the Woven Stencil from Altenew to add a bit of a pattern to the card base. I arranged the flowers and leaves in the way I wanted and adhered them down. For the sentiment, I used the Fancy Hello die, again from Altenew, in black.

Pink and Coral Flowers

Hello everyone! This is Berina here today, sharing a beautiful summery floral card using 3D Embossing Folders on Cut N Boss.

I used the Altenew 3D Embossing Folders on my Craftwell Cut N Boss for this card. You might have seen me using some of these before too. I used the Decorative Florals 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the beautiful florals on an oval die cut. Then I used my alcohol markers to color the embossed image. It's really easier to achieve this no-line coloring look on these embossed florals than it looks. For the background, I embossed a coral card stock with Illusion Triangles, also from Altenew. The sentiment is die cut using Altenew - Fancy Thanks die on my SNAP. I also decided to make a matching envelope by embossing the lower part of the envelope with the same embossing folder.

I love how this card turned out. What do you say? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day!

Thanks a Bunch

Hello everyone!! This is Berina here today, with a simple thank you card.

I used the Sizzix Hot Air Balloon Die on pattern papers from Brutus Monroe to make the hot air. This die has become one of my favorites - it can be used for a lot of different types of cards. I've made quite a few with it so far. The sentiment is from a stamp set by Verve stamps. I adhered a piece of grey card stock on an A2 card base and matted it with a white card stock. I adhered the hot air balloon next and stamped the sentiment. Love my Cut'n'Boss for all the die cutting!

DT: Thank You Bookmarks and Tags

 Dear Scrappers,

This is Veronica, from Vicky's Scrapping Passion sharing my post for Craftwell:
For this post, I made "thank you" tags to go with bookmarks, I bought in Santa Fe, and hand sanitizers for the staff at the school for Thanksgiving.

Here a picture showing the back of the tag and bookmark:

To make the tags, I used my SNAP and the Art Studio Botanical dies. For the back I punched some tags and either stamped them with Simon Says Stamp "Thank You" and StazOn inks, or I layered them with die cut sentiments using the Graphic 45 dies:

I made more than 50 tags, using mostly paper scraps for the die cuts.

I had some fun making different combinations with the die cuts. Here are some examples:

Some of my favorites:

I hope you enjoyed my quick and easy project and please make sure to visit my blog for more inspiration and to follow me.

Happy December,

and stay safe from this pandemic.

Tri-fold Shaker Card

Hello everyone!! This is Berina here on the blog today, with this tri-fold, see through shaker thank you card.
I started by making the see through shaker. I die cut 2 hot air balloons using the Sizzix Hot Air Balloon Die on the patterned paper pad from Brutus Monroe. I took a piece of string attached the balloon and the basket part to it, leaving enough length at both ends of the string, so that I can attach the ends of the string to the frame. Now I adhered the other balloon and the basket on the back side, so that the thread is sandwiched between the 2 pieces of balloons and both front and back looks the same. I took a panel of size 4 3/4" x 5 1/2" of card base weight (110 lbs) and scored at 1/2" mark along the 4 3/4" side. This 1/2" will later be adhered to a A2 card base, making a tri-fold. In this panel, I cut out a window leaving a border of 1/2" along all sides. I adhered acetate on to it. I sandwiched the thread from the hot air balloon between the window panel and foam tape, on the top and bottom. I added shaker mix from Doodles Paper Playground. I closed the shaker with acetate on other side as well. I took out a panel of Silver glitterstock from Brutus Monroe and cut out a window frame, leaving 1/2" around all the sides. I adhered this frame on the shaker panel, to hide the foam tape.
Now I took a regular A2 card base and adhered the 1/2" extending out from the shaker panel on to one end of the card base. I inked one of the panels with BM Speckled Ink with the BM Cloud stencil to create a sky like scene. I die cut the sentiment "Thanks" using the BM thanks die on silver glitterstock and added it to the panel. Here's a view of the card, fully opened up.

Thanks A Bunch

Hello everyone!! This is Berina here on the blog today, with this Thank You card with pastel color theme.

I die cut the balloon using the Sizzix - Favorite Things Collection - Hot Air Balloon die on the patterned paper from Brutus Monroe on my Cut'n'Boss. I took an A2 card base and used the Brutus Monroe Cloud stencil and Sidewalk ink to create a subtle cloud background. Then I assembled the die cut of the hot air balloon and adhered it down. I wanted to use the banner from the same die set for the sentiment, but didn't have any stamp that would fit in there. So I wrote the sentiment "Thanks A Bunch" on the banner. I adhered some flowers from this package.

Thanks A Bunch Card

Hello everyone!! This is Berina here today with this Thank you card that I made for one of my doctors.

I started with white card base and folded it to make the Z fold. I cut panels with grey card stock and covered the entire base. I then cut up pieces of light blue card stock and embossed the pieces with the Sophisticated embossing folder on my Cut N Boss. I adhered these blue panels on to all the grey panels. I die cut lots of stars using the Brutus Monroe Star dies on Silver glitter paper and grey card stock and adhered them all over the card. I die cut a small label and inked the inside with BM Sea ink. Then I stamped the sentiment on it with black ink.

Hello everyone!! This is Berina here today, with this simple and elegant floral thank you card.

I embossed a piece of white cardstock with this beautiful flourish embossing folder. I die cut a few flowers in pink and leaves in green using Karen Burniston die. The butterfly die is from Crafter's Companion - Chic Butterflies set. I cut the sentiment using the Creative Expressions die. I then adhered them all down on to an A2 card base.

Then I made a  matching envelope with pink card stock and embossed it with a border embossing folder of the same set as the flourish embossing folder. How do you like this card and envelope? Please do let me know in the comments below. Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day.

Spring Wreath

Hello everyone!! This is Berina here today, with a beautiful card with a Spring Wreath, with lots of die cuts, cut on my Cut'n'Boss.

I die cut 2 pieces of Spellbinders Mistletoe Gatefold die on Brutus Monroe Cabbage card stock. The I die cut the Woodland Wreath on BM Brown Butter card stock. I die cut a few flowers with the Small Tattered Florals die on 2 shades of pink card stock. I shaped them into flowers and buds. I die cut the sentiment 'Thank You' from pink card stock using a die from Creative Expressions.

I die cut a circle out of the front of a top folding A2 card base. I adhered the sentiment on the inside of the card base, so that it's visible through the window. I scored the gatefold die cuts and adhered the flap on to the inside of the card base. I adhered the wreath on to one of the mistletoe die cuts and adhered the flowers to it. Here's a view with the mistletoe gatefolds open:

Here's another picture with the gatefolds and the card open:
