Design Team: Jessica Kephart Cycle 9 Week 1

'Fly'

How exciting to be starting our week of projects with our new Design Team! Jessica Kephart has an eye for home decor, and it shows in today's 3D project!

Follow her tutorial below!

Hi there Craftwell Friends! My name is Jessica Kephart and I am the Designer behind Homespun Elegance

Last week you might have seen that I was selected to contribute to the Craftwell USA Design Team! I am very excited to be working with this talented group of ladies! Every Monday for the next 6 months I get to share my creations made with Craftwell products! I hope that you will find them inspiring, and enjoy them as much as I enjoy creating them!

Today I used the Craftwell eBosser and the Teresa Collins Subway Art Embossing Folder

What I adore about the eBosser is that it is the only machine that can emboss up to 8x10 sheets of cardstock! If you know my design style, I LOVE to create Home Decor projects, so the 8x10 size is absolutely PERFECT!

I used the Core'dinations Brights Cardstock pack and selected the turquoise for the background to contrast against the lighter shades of the Die Cuts for the Hot Air Balloons, Hearts and Clouds. To plate your embossing folders, here is a Handy Dandy Platform Chart provided by Craftwell.

To make your Hot Air Balloons 3D Images, simply cut them multiple times. Here I cut three of each size of the Hot Air Balloon. Score the top two images right down the middle to create a fold and adhere together at the Score line. Adhere both to the third and bottom die cut and secure to your Background.

Add the rest of your embellishments and don't forget to embellish your frame!

Thank you SO much for stopping by today and make sure to come back each Monday for more Crafty and DIY Inspiration!
