Design Team: Caroline Duncan Week 12 Cycle 7

Butterfly Tag

The month is almost over, and we will be saying goodbye to some of the girls on our team! But before we do, we have some amazing projects planned for you this week! See Caroline's project below!

Hi Everyone!  It is with sadness that I am posting my last project on the Craftwell Design Team.  I have loved every minute of being a part of such a group of very talented women!  I also want to express my appreciation for the opportunity that Craftwell has given me!

It’s been wonderful, but my available time has changed due to other things in life demanding my time and attention.  With that said, here is a fun tag I want to share today.  I’ve used American Crafts Amy Tangerine Chipboard Bits and Mini Marks rub-ons as embellishments.  I cut my #8 sized tag from manila card stock using the Tim Holtz Sizzix Tag and Bookplates die in my eBosser.  That is the beauty of the eBosser… it can handle any thickness of die.  I inked the tag with Distress Inks and pearl Perfect Pearl mist.  The foliage is stamped with Archival Jet Black ink.  Make sure the tag is completely dry before applying the rub-on.  Prepare the chipboard bits with Dylusions spray inks and stamp images with Archival Jet Black.  I punched the butterfly from American Crafts Amy Tangerine DP ‘taylor’s favorite’ and added jewels for the body.  Tie on a ribbon and you have a pretty gift bag tag!
