Design Team: Lyssa Zimmerman Week 5 Cycle 7

Crowned Jewels

We absolutely love today's project by Lyssa Zimmerman! Using the Teresa Collins Memorabilia collection and her new embossing folder line, she created two gorgeous crowns for her two little princesses! Making back to school, extra special!

Read more about her project below!

I had fun making these this past week.  They were made for this year's Back to School Feast. :)  It's a tradition we just started.  We pick a theme for the year and have a fun feast.  The girls got to wear these while they ate.  They loved it and felt very special.

Anyways, I LOVE Teresa Collins new lines she has out.  Seriously they are so cute and perfect for anything you might want to make, whether for cards, scrapbooks or home decor.  These were from her Memorabilia collection.  I also used her embossing folder, Stardust to emboss the paper behind their initials.  It was perfect for these crowns.

I used papers, sequins and  from her Memorabilia line.
The Blank trim is from  her Masquerade line...which I LOVE too.

Here are my girlies wearing their crowns at the feast :)

Thank you Lyssa!

What do you think about this back to school tradition? How about your traditions, what are some things you do before sending your 'littles' back to school?
