'Adore' Scrapbook Layout

Scrapbook layouts are fun. And even more fun, when you love the subject your scrapping! See the layout  Jazmin Gibbons created for her daughter below!

Hi everyone!

OK, CONFESSION time. I love scrappin' I actually think I do OK with it... BUT I cannot for the life of me photograph it well! So forgive me, if the layout looks wonky... its not! Just really badly cropped!

This is a gorgeous picture of my daughter Olivia. She had the CUTEST most adorable sunnies last year, and of course she had to lose them 1 month later! But I just thought she looked so gorgeous and chic in them! I simply adore her in them! So, I took a lot of pictures of her in them, and this one inspired me to create this page.

Supplies:

 eCraft
White Cardstock
Dear Lizzy 5th & Frolic paper
Inks by Heidi Swapp {Color Shine} in Mint Green & Primrose
Dear Lizzy Date Stamp
Other Stamps by Heidi Swapp
Xyron Mega Runner (always use it!)
embellishments {clothespins} (Hobby Lobby)
Dear Lizzy embellishments

I used a turquoise cardstock, and layered with white cardstock (I trimmed the edges a bit so the turquoise could show)  with my eCraft I cut a large 8 in scalloped stencil and set it on top of my white cardstock. I sprayed the stencil about 15 inches away with Primrose ink, and let dry. Once i did that, I took the Dear Lizzy mini paper pad and used it to frame my picture.

I then went crazy with my embellishments and stamps around my picture. Once I knew my layout, I used the bottle cap of my inks and sprayed some into it, and then sprinkled some int around my page, for added interest.
Once the ink dried, I took my pictures and glued them down!
I love my Olivia!

Thanks for stopping by! And PLEASE give me tips on how to photograph a layout!
