  1. What do you recommend when you want to use your edgelit over a stamped image? Stampin up has many stamp sets that coordinate with their edgelits.

We are testing those dies as well, so stay tuned for the video tutorial!

  3. Misread the inforation in the booklet that came with my brand new ebosser....used the sandwich protrayed in the video, but with a slim stampinup die, and the machine began to take it in, but got stuck and could not get it our either side....Please give information on the proper use of dies such as these. It was not an open die such as spellbinders, but a flat filled in die. Help us please! My brand new machine is on the way back to the corporation headquarters for possible repair.

  6. My fairly new ebosser, which I love, is currently jammed with the plates and embossing die caught half way thru the pass thru. How can I get it unjammed?

  8. How do I unjam my machine? Please help I don't see any answer on here to properly unjam the Ebosser machine. Thanks

  9. Hi - hope you can help and I see from above that other people have had the same problems. Currently my machine is jammed with the plates halfway through. It just took it in as normal but then rather than rejecting just jammed and turned itself off (obviously a safety aspect). I am in the UK and need to find out how to unjam my machine. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

  10. Karen help how did you unjam it? Mine is jammed

  11. Hi Heather...sorry your machine has jammed. The solution I was given by Craftwell was to get a rubber mallet (!) and gently knock the plates from bahind using a piece of wood to protect the plates. Did this to no effect; tried knocking harder; got my husband; he knocked harder; gave up on rubber mallet and got hammer......still no luck. In the end my husband held the machine whilst keeping his finger on the ON button and I pulled as hard as I could and eventually the plates came out! Didn't seem to do any damage and has been working perfectly ever since. I now make absolutely sure all the plates are aligned before putting them through as think this may have been the problem. This also happened to a friend and she followed tgese instructions and it worked for her. Hope it does for you. Best wishes. Karen :o)

  12. Any other suggestions. Husband is not home; I've tried the mallet and pulling but not working. I'm really angry right now. Totally ruining my project.

  13. Try the following: Take a wooden plank (I used a cutting board) and place against one of the thick platforms on the back of the machine. Take the rubber mallet and tap concentrating on one platform. This will unwedge one and the ebosser will release the plates.

  14. Hi Mullen family......hope by now you've managed to unjam your machine. I am afraid it's definitely a "two man" job and quite a lot of force is needed. Agree with Jazmin - try to concentrate on one of the thick plates. Good luck.

  17. Hi Could you please help, I have just purchased the ebosser, I have lots of spellbinder mbossability embossing folders, but my machine does not like the sandwich given in the instructions, it just keeps spitting it out, any ideas please. Carol

  18. Hi Carol - with the m-bossability folders I use the two thick plates and the see through embossing plate - B, C & D plates. Do NOT use plate A otherwise it will jam if you try to force it. This sandwich works fine for me although sometimes I use a piece of card as a shim. I normally have a sandwich of B, m-bossability, D and lastly C. Hope this helps. Karen :o)

  19. This is very enlightening. I almost ordered one but was wondering about this. Ugggh. It seems like all the electronic machines will accept sandwiches then can possibly get hung up/stuck. Will stay with my hand crank.
