DT: Dad Wall hanging

Dear Scrappers,

This is Veronica, from Vicky's Scrapping Passion sharing my post for Craftwell:
For this post, I decided to make little wall hanging for my dad’s birthday.

I wanted to use some of the Tim Holtz techniques, but couldn’t find my stash of stencils. However, I was still able to use my eBrush to apply some airbrushing.

I added some Tim Holtz Ide-Ology metal corners as foto frame. I liked this idea to be able to change the picture in the wall hanging:

Since I saw this heart wooden stand from Clear Scraps, I thought about my Mom. Thus, I decided to decorate one for her for this Mother's day.

DT: Alejandra's Clip Board

Hi,

This is Veronica from vicky's scrapping passion, sharing with you my next post for Craftwell.

For this post, I got inspired by the latest mixed media kit from Paper Wishes and decided to use some pictures from my daughter's (Alejandra) academic showcase from last year. I even included the reckless she made for this Egyptian themed showcase as embellishment. The resist paper included in this kit was a perfect starting point for me to use the eBrush system.

In short: I added the 2way clear stickers to the embossed gold paper and added the foil pieces to it. I removed the excess using a brush. Then, I cut the shapes out.

I sprayed the resist paper using the eBrush and first with a diluted watercolor solution and then with Spectrum Noir markers (included in the eBrush kit):

The result.

Then I cut and teared some pieces of printed argile paper and the sprayed resist specialty paper. Added them to the included clip board and added my daughter's name using Versa Mark and Egyptian Gold embossing podwer:

Once heat embossed. I added the neckless and the included charms using 3D zots. I trimmed the pictures and made a kind of pocket with one to insert the other two forming kind of a pyramid in the top:

I matted one of the pictures to make it my primary one.

At the end, I added some numbers cut out with the TC dies on glitter paper and one of the silver tags from the kit. Everything was distress before gluing down using the included Color Box metallic inks.
