CraftwellUSA's eBrush takes on Chalk Paint!

The eBrush is such a versatile tool. You can use it for card making, posters, use it with markers, and with paints using the siphon kit. It is such a easy tool to use. Today I would like to revisit using Dixie Belle Chalk Paints with the eBrush and its companion siphon kit! Look for more tutorials to come!

Galaxy Cake

Hello folks! Hope all are safe at home. Today I'm here to share the details of my latest work using  Craftwell eBrush.

The task is to bake and decorate a galaxy cake with solar system. The splash of different shades of colors brings the galaxy effect on the cake.

I began with baking a eggless chocolate cake frosted with whipped cream. To achieve the galaxy effect, I used Craftwell eBrush and siphon kit. I airbrushed the cake with following airbrush colors one by one: light blue, navy blue, pink, purple and black.

I made planets and astronaut figure using fondant and designed it finally. The following image shows the complete design of a cake.

Craftwell eBrush is such an amazing kit for designing and to achieve the desired effect.

Thanks everyone for having look at my work. Do share your comments.

Mini Women's Day Cake

Hi folks! Belated women's day❣️ wishes to all the wonderful women out there. To celebrate this women's day, I made a mini chocolate cake designed using Craftwell eBrush.

I baked a mini 3 layer chocolate cake with fresh cream and dressed with a fondant cover.
I carved a woman silhouette figure on black fondant for using it as a cake topper.

I airbrushed the cake using Craftwell eBrush and siphon kit as a pattern over the cake using flower stencil.

Also made a pink rose flower fondant in addition and added those fondant accents on top of cake.
Here is the final design of the cake with women on top.

Heart cake - Valentine's day special

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! This is Lavanya today with a Valentine cake using Craftwell eBrush.

The design for this Valentine cake adopted a technique of gravity defying. Started with baking a red velvet cake to keep everything red. It's a heart shaped cake with cream cheese frosting.
And the design is of bouquet pouring rose petals over heart❤️.

I started making rose petals🌹 and little hearts💕 using fondant as shown in picture.

Handmade fondant rose petals

Using Craftwell eBrush and siphon kit, airbrushed those petals and heart with red and pink.💗

Finally made a bouquet💐 and added those petals using gravity defying method and spread those airbrushed petals on top of the cake.

The above picture shows the final design of Valentine cake. It was fun and challenging to play with eBrush and creating different designs.

Happy Birthday Shaker Card

Hello all you makers! Desiree' with you again! Feeling blessed to be here!
Hope 2020 has been AMAZING so far, and will only keep getting better!
I have a few pics to share of my latest b-day card!
I used my SNAP machine by Craftwell to cut my dies out. Love that machine!
To start with, as always I chose some cute papers from my stash, and a stamp or
two, and of course dies!
I made a teddy bear head shaped shaker. For the sentiment I used confetti that says
"Happy Birthday", once that was done I assembled my card.
Here's a pic or three!

The final product, I love these papers!

And here is what the card looks like from above. I am okay with the finished card.
Hope you all will be too! Hope are inspired some how! Thank you for stopping by!!
Wishing everyone a super blessed 2020!!!

Embossed Mini Pizza Box Favors

Hi Craftwell friends! Linsey here today sharing my latest project with you. Do you enjoy making your own party favors for special occasions? I sure do and these mini pizza boxes were the perfect blank canvas for my party favor decorating desires! Such a fun and easy project--perfect for kids and adults alike!
I wanted to keep the design clean and simple with crisp white cardstock so that the dry embossing would really pop. I had a great first experience with the brand new SNAP Machine Electric Embosser & Die Cutter! It's so easy to operate and comes in a compact and portable design so you can use it anywhere you like, including where space is limited. I used Teresa Collins 2-Pack A6 Folders, Twill Herringbone & Preppy Houndstooth Embossing Folders for the bases, then embellished each box with a variety of Spring stickers, satin ribbon and mulberry flowers.
For a final touch, I used 2 scrap pieces of previously embossed cardstock to make a tab from Teresa Collins Tabs & Tags Project Dies and added a coordinating sticker to each die cut tab, then placed at the top left corner of each box front.
And that's all for me! Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a creative and very blessed day!

Easy to Make Cake Toppers by Heather Wilson

I made a banana cream cheesecake for a special friend's birthday. This was my first time making cheesecake! Only problem is, you can't exactly use frosting to write "Happy Birthday" on a cheesecake (yuk!) So I put together a fast, easy alternative with my Cut n' Boss.
Materials:
Decorative Paper
Cut n' Boss and die cuts
Scissors
Gluestick
Black Sharpie and Pencil
Toothpicks
Tape
For the background, I chose a light colored patterned paper. You don't need to use a dark or busy background, otherwise, the words we put on later won't show up well.
For the words to be facing right, put the die cut right on top of the patterned side. You don't want to deal with the frustration of ending up with backward words!
Place the die cut on platform A, flat side down. Put your paper on top of this (the back side should be facing up). Remember with die cuts: D is on the bottom, then A (die cut on top of it), B, then A.
Now stick it all through the slot of your Cut n' Boss and watch it do its magic!
Here it is cut. I didn't need all that blank space on top, so I folded it before cutting so it would be straighter. However, you can use a ruler if you want to make it perfect...
Now you need a second (solid)colored sheet of paper for the background. Then use a glue stick and stick it down. Let dry for a bit before cutting it out.
Prepare to use your best penmanship to do the rest of the words. This is easier and turns out better when starting lightly with a pencil. Get all the spacing and centering worked out with pencil, then go over with a black sharpie.
Lastly, tape the end of a toothpick(s) onto the back of the paper. You may need two for longer words.

And there you go: a quick, simple, and inexpensive way to spice up someone's birthday dessert!

P.S. The cheesecake was delicious!
