Dear Scrappers,
This is Veronica, from Vicky's Scrapping Passion sharing my post for Craftwell:
For this post, I made three Christmas Canvases which was sold at our AHG troop booth in our first Christmas Bazaar for our parish.
Here are some pictures of the details for each canvas:
1st:
Each canvas have these main components:
1. Stencil background for the already painted canvas- I used stencils and glitter / glue (Nuvo dots, FSJ glitter and decofoil glue pen for the first canvas, and IZink Diamonds glitter paints for the third canvas) or Tattered Angel shimmer sprays for the second canvas.
2. a punched border/ horizontal strip- I used Martha Stuart punch around the page punches for snowflakes and ornaments. (lower right corner)
3. a fussy cut vertical strip, showing the rough part of the paper, which I distressed with metallic inks. (upper right corner)
4. two printed mats. Top one 5x7 in. with faux stitching around the border. Lower mat, a little bit bigger, with drie embossing and distressing with ink. (Left upper corner).
5. a cloth pin with wooden embellistment on top to pin a Christmas card or picture (from Dollar Tree, picture shown bellow). I added some glitter for more texture. (left lower corner).
6. Big Title:
1st Canvas: glitter die cut sentiments (CTMH), digital image in a die cut frame (Tim Holtz die)
2nd canvas: sentiment sticker (CTMH)
3rd. canvas: Stamped sentiment and thin cut (CTMH) and stamped menger image/ thin cut (CTMH) and tag (tattered lace die).
7. and a big 3D embellistment:
1st. canvas: gliter felt snowflake
2nd. canvas: big glitter bows die cuts with brad (Heartfelt Creation dies, CTMH brad) and glitter gift die cut (CTMH).
3rd. canvas: Nativity layered die cut (Spellbinders dies).
3rd:
I cut all the die cuts with my SNAP and used these other materials and tools:
Here is a pictures of some of the other items, my children and I made for the bazaar:
In my next post, I will include the clear ball ornaments shown in this picture.
