Hi,
This is Veronica from vicky's scrapping passion, sharing with you my next post for Craftwell.
I made this late Mother's Day gift for my Mom this weekend... well, a week too late. It took me way too long to decide for which pictures to use.
This project gave me the opportunity to use the Snap machine with many different dies and even from different companies dies at the same time:
and This machine did amaze me. It cut amazingly and without problems. This first time around and not problems with the die depths. Cool.
In short: Once I decided which dies to use and cut them out of the CM embossed cardstock, I embossed some more cradstock using the sentiments embossing folder from Teresa Collins. I cut out the different sentiments and distressed the risen areas using Color Box metallic inks. I cut out the pictures, I have printed out and made the paper flowers using an embossing stylus and distressed some of the leaves. I love how the embossed cardstock pickup the metallic shine. I added some Nuvo Chrystal drops in a coordinating color on the flowers and some letters, and let them dry. Then, I put the whole banner together.
Some closer looks at each panel, in not particular order: as it should say: Feliz Dia Mama (Happy Day Mom)...
