Hi Everyone!
I'm back with another cute card/ momento/ keepsake? What do we call these things now days?
Basically a friend of mine purchased a home after saving for it for like 15 years! She was so proud of her purchase and I wanted to give her something that she could frame and put in her entry, or just to keep as a reminder of this great accomplishment!
I'm currently living in New Orleans, and homes here are so gorgeous and full of old charm! I hope she can keep this card and frame or just to see that we are as her friends are so proud of her for always keeping her end goal in mind!
Can't wait to bring this to her house warming party!
Here is what I used:
Craftwell Cut & Boss
Craftwell Teresa Collins Dies 'Remember This'
Rose Embossing Folder (Craftwell)
Words Teresa Collins (Craftwell Embossing Folder)
Decorative metal key
Brown paper cardstock that I folded to become a holder.
Stickers
I folder brown cardstock to become a sort of folder, and embossed the back and front with different folders for contrast and interest.
I took a cardstock card that already had some stiching detail, and used the 'Remember this' die from Teresa Collins to cut the word out in the middler of the stock. I love that i can position anywhere and you can get this unique look!
Finished the card off with some stickers, and a metal key for added texture.
Cute huh? And took me a total of like 10 min!
I hope you enjoyed my little tutorial. It's simple and cute, just like I like my crafting to be!
Until next time!
Jazmin
