First, I stamped the otters on some Neenah white cardstock and then colored in with my Copics. I used colors W2 through W7. Then I cut out the cute waves dies on another sheet of Neenah white cardstock. On a third sheet of white cardstock, I blended Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers to create an ocean look. Over the blended Distress Inks, I stamped the fish over top in Peacock Feathers. Then I added some acetate and foam tape to finish off the shaker!
