Hi!!! Pam today on the Craftwell Blog sharing with your my "Alpha...School" Card using Craftwell Alpha Embossing Folder designed by Teresa Collins.
The A6 embossing folders come in two packs which is an incredible value.
Bonus is that they work perfect for your A2 card, tags, ATC's, etc...the sky is the limit with them.
I created my "Alpha....School" Card by first cutting red card stock to fit inside the Alpha Embossing Folder. Once the card stock is inside the folder... emboss using two "A" plates, platform and Cut N' Boss.
Remove embossed card stock from Alpha Embossing Folder and sand lightly with sanding block.
Mat embossed card stock to top of card base.
Add layers of card stock and pattern paper to top of card front.
Die cut red card stock and pattern paper using die, two "A" plates, "B" plate, metal shim and platform.
(HINT: I like to use washi tape to hold my dies in place on small pieces of paper.)
Emboss black card stock using the Alpha Embossing Folder along with two "A" plates, platform and Cut N' Boss.
Lay the red card stock die cut on to top of black embossed paper.
Fussy cut around die cut.
Add prepared die cut piece to to of card front along with die cut image that has been matted on circle.
Add brown twine ribbon to front of card base.
Add brown twine bow along with flowers.
Form two tags to place inside card using the embossed black card stock and pattern paper.
Add ribbon to the top of each tag.
Place in pocket that has been formed using pattern paper inside of card.
Thanks for stopping by the Craftwell Blog today and hope you try your hand at making a hidden pocket filled with embossed tags or may just making a fun card using some of Teresa's fabulous embossing folders that are available here at Craftwell.
Hugs Pam
