Cut 'n' Boss Design Team: Suzanna Lee Cycle 12
Hi there Craftwell fans! Suzanna here today to share with you a fabulous fall layout which I created using my Cut'N Boss for embossing and die cutting and my eBrush for some "umpf"!
I've said it before, I'll say it again, there is not better way to add texture to a layout than embossing. And the ability to emboss a full 12 inch wide (or tall, depending upon orientation) piece of paper thrills me to pieces! That woodgrain texture on this fall layout is sublime, don't you think?! I could have sanded it for more color depth but instead opted for the eBrush.
There is a story behind those leaves and the end result. A bit of a happy accident, you might say. My original intent had been to mist the leaves on the embossed background as you see and remove the die cut leaves. I had just wanted the "shadow" of the leaves on the embossed paper. But I really liked the pops of cream falling down the page so left them there. Splatter some gold mist for added visual interest and all is good!
The eBrush, this is a tool you have GOT to have!! The added touch and ease of doing so to your crafting projects is fantastic! You can really kick up your crafting game with the eBrush. As for the Cut'N Boss, well! You've already heard my words of praise there! Christmas is a comin'!! Would make a great gift for your loved one to give you! ;)
Thanks for stopping in today!
