Teresa Collins Western Caribbean Cruise Part 1

Teresa Collins Western Caribbean Cruise Part 1 by Jazmin Gibbons

We are back! Jazmin Gibbons here reporting after this amazing cruise!

If you didn't know, let me tell you!

Craftwell joined Teresa Collins team for her much anticipated 'Shine' Western Caribbean Cruise!

This cruise happens once a year,  and this time Craftwell hopped on board this once in a lifetime event!

We here at Craftwell love to find ways to connect with our crafting community, and this cruise was the perfect opportunity to get to know some truly amazing people!

But we know what your thinking, how does one get on that cruise? Well, it's simple! Teresa Collins herself invites her fans over Facebook and opens spots for anyone to attend! Spots fill quickly and the individual is responsible for the payment and to fit the scheduled cruise to their own schedule, but if it all works with your planned vacation, this cruise does not disappoint. In fact, it's quite amazing! And if you know Teresa, you know she is truly one of those designers that loves to interact with her fans and this time she was gracious enough to open this cruise to host the biggest crowd to date! With over 100 guests on board, many got to experience crafting while vacationing to beautiful places in the Caribbean, which is a WIN/WIN in our book!

The entire theme for this cruise was 'Shine' and shine all of her guests did! It was all about being yourself, and highlighting your strengths. Everyone on that cruise had something unique and special about them, so the theme really fit perfectly! And we are here to give you a VIP look into our fun filled 7 day cruise!

Teresa Collins planned the cruise to have classes that would allow all cruisers to create projects using Teresa's latest collections! Everyone received their ordered kits with amazing goodies!

Craftwell had demos & classes that allowed our cruisers to try the  eBrush airbrush & Cut 'n'
Boss! Everyone enjoyed working with the machines!

But enough chit chat, come on board as we give you a tour of the ship!

^This is where we got to create! The conference room  was big enough for 100 people, and had tables and chairs for everyone!

This is the Casino! after crafting, why not stop and have some fun on the slot machines?

The ship was beautiful! Lots of things to see!

The Sapphire room is where our group met for dinner! We got to chat and eat a lot!

There was a rock climbing wall! yep, if ever you wanted to stop crafting, you could hop up top the ship and exercise on this bad boy!
The pool & hot tub! This was at our stop in Roatan, but once the boat was going, it was full of people!
Speaking of  stops, this is where we went!

The cruise sailed from Galveston to Costa Maya, Honduras, and Cozumel!

Talk about amazing trip!

Costa Maya!
Roatan, Honduras is to die for!!

Cozumel has my heart!
But the beach wasn't all that was to do! We met in the conference room and got time to crop with friends! If you recognize that good looking blond in the center, is because that is TC Dye! She has joined Craftwell at our CHA show and is an amazing person! We just love TC!

Everyone got to work with our machines! The girls also got to use the machine during night hours to finish up their projects!

Debi Tullier (Team Craftwell) & our Australian friend Rose! We just loved connecting with crafters from all parts of the world!
Mrs. Beth Kignston from Xyron Inc. joined in on the fun! She taught an amazing class and had a blast hanging out with everyone! And she was lucky enough to cruise with her husband!

The cruisers! As many of you know, Teresa Collins' Husband passed away last week, so she was not able to attend. Still, she was there in spirit! We missed her, but all the cruisers took the time out to send her this special message!

So excited for all of the wonderful ladies I met! They made me feel welcomed, and like part of the group right away!

And just like that, we are back to reality! This trip made us really think about doing more of these events as a company, and hey, I'm all for it if they send me again! ;)

  1. Jazmin - you are so sweet and it was wonderful meeting you on the cruise. We loved the projects you brought with you and I want to thank Craftwell for all of their support. I was so happy to win one of the Cut'n'Boss machines and was glad I was able to share it with my cruising friend Diane as I already had the eBosser. We also loved Debi and her eBrush, she is so knowledgeable and creative.

  2. Carribean island is very beautiful and the place you have chosen for camping speaks for itself. What a beautiful place and you have made the right choice by staying in the camping tent. For more details about Guadeloupe here.
