Chalkboard Embossed Card!

Design Team: Liz O (Unik By Yes) Week 7 Cycle 9

We have another excellent tutorial by Liz! We love how she really showcases each of her projects! See her project details here:

Hello Crafty friends!

Liz here today to share with you a CAS Card, created using Mums the Word stamp set along with the fabulous eBosser and other journaling metal dies.

Creative supplies:
MCT journaling metal dies 3x4
Embossing powder
Heat gun
Versamark ink
White chalk
Spray Fixative
Adhesive
TC Wood grain EF
Black and Kraft stock

eBosser plate combo: A + Metal Die + Paper +CD and A+Embossing Folder + CD
Craft Level: Easy
Time: 20-30 min

Creative process:

First cut a 5X 8.5” square of your Kraft stock. Score at 4” on the long side. At 7.75” score and cut a slit 1” long on each side and then cut a slit ¼” long downward, this will serve to hold your card in place.

Once you have made your cuts, on the short side, score at 1" and 4" down to your cut line fold forward, this will create your stand.
Run it through your eBosser.

On a 3x4” piece of black cardstock stamp your sentiment using Versamark. Heat emboss. Liberally apply chalk around your sentiment.

Apply Fixative, let dry. Adhere your ”blackboard” piece to your stand piece and you are done!

Thank you for stopping by! Have a crafty day!
