Supplies:
Teresa Collins “Hello my name is” line
-“Lucky” paper
-“Journal” paper
-“Noted” paper
White cardstock
Kraft paper
Glue stick
This month we are working with Teresa Collins new line called “Hello my name is.” I’m way excited to work with this paper, I love the new textures and designs in this line. This week I’m quickly showing you how I made this “LUCKY” card.
As I flipped through the paper, I found myself going back to her “Journal” Paper. I really liked the back of her journal paper and wanted to use it for my project this week.
Then I found her “Lucky” paper and saw that it had the word “LUCKY” in it, I instantly knew what I wanted to do with it.
I took my Kraft paper and I glued a piece of the “Journal” paper on top of it, I wanted some of the Kraft paper showing so I left about quarter of an inch all the way around. I then cut the “LUCKY” word and glued it to plain white cardstock. I ripped the cardstock all the way around the “Lucky” box and inked the edges with a brown ink pad.
I then used the “Noted” paper and cute it outside the white cardstock, I glued all of these together and used foam dots to clue them to the card.
I added a couple of more embellishments to the card to finish it off. Now you know how simple it was to make this card!
