Supplies:
Cardstock
eBosser
Teresa Collins “About time” embossing folder
Pebbles Halloween stickers
Spellbinders thin metal dies “scalloped circles”
Teresa Collins Masquerade Party "Bats"Paper
With Halloween right around the corner I wanted to make a card for my mother, who I don’t get to see very often. When I saw the “Bats” paper from the Teresa Collins “Masquerade Party” Collection I KNEW that was the paper I wanted the card to revolve around! I love the colors and the sophisticated look of the paper.
I went ahead and used the “About Time”embossing folder on this card. I thought that it would add just the right amount of detail to the card. I didn't want my card to look too overwhelming. I like the simpler look and I knew that this folder would do the trick. With a 2 year old running around all day, time is very limited at my house, so I appreciate how quickly you can make a card using the ebosser and a cute embossing folder. To finish my card, I did add a little bit of stitching. It’s not hard to do if you have a sewing machine. I went around the card a couple of times and I feel like that added just the final detail that the card needed.
What do you think of the card? Do you think my mom will like it?
