Design Team: Debi Tullier Week 5 Term 6

SHOP TILL YOU DROP!

Shop Till You Drop! Now doesn't that sound like a lovely plan! See what Debi Tullier created today!

I love the thought of shopping with a great girl friend! So how about a little note to remind her of our planned trip. I fell in love with the New Crafter’s Companion USA Frou Frou line of stamps! I have the Frou Frou shop collection.  I really love the style and hope to adorn many a card with these great stamps!

For this project I used a wonderful Scalloped card from the gallery of Make the Cut.  My eCraft sings with the commands from MTC. I took a little liberty and made the center scalloped frame for my stamp choices.

I used Staz On Black ink to reproduce my stamped image. I also used splash inks and colored pencils to add color to my image!

I knew that the pups would cover the corner of the round hat box so I placed a bit of tape of the edge after  I inked the stamp so that it would not print on the cardstock. That way the pups would not overprint the package

I added a bow of  specialty yarn to top to help pull out the colors . I really enjoyed creating this card! Next week a fancy Mother’s day is on the horizon!
