Design Team: Celeste Collette Week 6 Term 6

Teacher Appreciation Gift

Last week was teacher appreciation week, and it's always hard to think of cute gift ideas to give to that special someone teaching  your little ones. Today, Celeste Collette is showing us a simple way to say THANK YOU to your kids teacher! See the cute project below!

Supplies:

eBosser
Crafters Companion 6" X 6" Embossalicious Embossing Folder - Gun Metal
Ribbon
Teacher appreciation topper
Hot Glue
Brads

I wanted to make a gift for my kids teachers to show them that we care about the work that they do as a teacher, and this project was simple and fun to make.
I started with getting some Sharpie Hightlighter’s and printing out the teacher appreciation topper from www.skiptomylou.org.

Then I took some scrap paper and took the Crafters Companion embossing folder and run it through the eBosser, I love the texture it gave the paper!

I took the Brads and took the printed topper, the embossed and I layered them together. Use the hot glue to glue the paper to the sharpie’s.

Take some ribbon and wrapped around the sharpie’s and use a dab of hot glue to keep the ribbon from sliding and make a bow... and you are DONE! How cute and simple was that!
