Bunny Frame
We love the Sponsor Challenges! And to be honest, Lawn Fawn is making it really easy for these girls to create something beautiful! See what Jazmin Gibbons created today!
Hi everyone! I'm covering for Debi today who was not feeling well, but glad to be here to take part in the sponsor challenge!
I love to decorate for the Holidays.. I mean LOVE! I totally go all out for Valentines, and Halloween... Don't even get me started on Christmas! But is it me, or did it seem like March just flew by?!
I didn't decorate as much as I usually do for Easter, but I did create a darling frame using Lawn Fawn's Daphne's Closet paper.. That paper is soooo gorgeous!
I mean, like beautiful! It screams SPRING and VINTAGE which are two of my favorite things!.. (counting down the days until Mad Men!) Anyway, you can find it here.
I decided to create a cute frame to go by my dying egg moss topiary that was sitting lonely by the entry. And this is what I came up with:
Simple, sweet and full of Spring fun! It took me 10 minutes from start to finish, and makes me very happy!
How I did it:
I used an old Ikea frame with no glass that I had been saving for a project.. so this was perfect!
I cut a piece of pattered paper (Daphne's closet collection) down to 5x7 to used as the backing for the frame.
With my eCraft I cut a bunny SVG and the scallopped frame from Jen Allyson's designs SD card.
I then used glue dots to put on frame and bunny to add dimention. Finally I used some of the stickers in the Daphne's collection kit to add a sweet message to the frame. And a cute pearl for the bunny's eye.
And here it is in it's home! I love how cheery it looks!
Thank you for visiting!
Jazmin
