Potpourri Vase for Spring Scents

When you are working with gorgeous paper, its easy to be inspired! See what Debi created today!

For my special home décor project I decided to make a holder for some wonderful Potpourri. Not just any but some great homemade Rose Potpourri. I a very fortunate to have come from a family that seems to love all things, crafty and fun. So long ago I learned the art of drying flowers to make sachets, and also Potpourri. The scent is soft and sweet and if allowed out of the sealed jar gives the room a wonderful fragrance.

I just love using my Lawn Fawn paper collections to create with. I used a paper from Daphne’s Closet. It was so sweet and filled with blooms. I also used a solid paper from WorldWin papers. I used a free SVGcuts file to make my scent jar. Their site offers a free soldier jar and this is what I used to create my vase. I used my eCraft with a pressure
setting of eight to cut this sweet little vase.

I love spring and can’t wait till it arrives fully. Please let me know what you are crafting during this great month devoted to crafting!
