 Flower Patches

Flower patches ready for Spring! But no the kind you are thinking of! In a time when we throw things away, why don't we think of re-styling?! Celeste will show you how to use your eBosser to bring an old pair of kids jeans back to life!

How to Iron on cute flowers on torn jeans:

Materials needed:
Iron on jean patches
eBosser
Platfrom A and C
Sizzix build a flower big die
Iron

I think we could all find jeans that look like these in our kids closets, instead of throwing them out or doing a boring iron on patch why not make them cute! I will teach you an easy way to do it with the eBosser.

Cut out a square big enough to cover the size of flower you want from the sizzix die.

Sandwich the die with the iron on fabric between Platform C and A, with A being on top of the die. Run it through the eBosser and you will get a cute looking flower.

I decided that I wanted to add some decorative stitching to the flower and so I quickly ran it through on the sewing machine going around the edges.

After doing that you are ready to iron it on to the torn areas.

Can you see how cute they turned out! My little girl loves them and wants to wear those jeans everyday.

Thank you Celeste! See more of Celeste's good ideas on her blog here:

Do you remember having patches on your jeans as a kid?!
