The design team is having so much fun with Carta Bella Papers! See what Debi created today!
It is a new step that I am taking. I needed a card for a special friend and Carta Bella’s Paris Girl really fit her style. I also got to use my eBosser and work out a new to me technique.
I am loving this tri-fold card with window cut out. It really lent it self to the great and beautiful Carta Bella Paris Girl Paper Package. Not only are there the most wonderful designed papers in this package but also elements that are adhesive backed for your projects.
Getting started with my eCraft and my Ebosser. I first cut out my card and then embossed it with my Ebosser (love.)
I did use a solid cardstock background and embossed it with the letter sized folder from Craftwell. I have to say that the folder was wonderful but my card was longer than the folder. I tried a new technique to emboss the total length of cardstock. You can see it here on Youtube, if you have any questions please feel free to post them here and I will answer you.
Continuing the pattern with the eBosser…
I love using my machines.
Here I matched up the pattern so that I could finish out the pattern. It was really pretty easy. I love how sharp my embossing is. I can’t wait to try some letterpressing with it.
Here you can see the ridge where the press ended but with my method I can get rid of the space and continue the pattern to the edge.
There is a little difference but just a little only I could tell, well I if I didn’t point it out.
Here is my special card, I hope that it conveys how much I care for my friend! I love the elements that come in this wonderful paper collection!
Just wait till next Week…
What a fun card!
Thank you Debi!
