Baby Kneepads

We take a break from Back to School projects to show off what KimberlyRae created for her new grandson that was just born yesterday! See the cute little kneepads she created, to add some special confort for future crawling!

HiHi Crafters :)

Oh My Gosh Golly!  I'm so ExCiTeD -->I just have to share with you how EASY these super cute knee-pads were to make!
Just look how super cute these kneepads made my project POP!

and here's a detailed look at the knee pads, I made with my Craftwell eCraft machine.

So, to make these sweeties for to add that extra dimension and frayed funness- I just turned on my Craftwell eCraft die cutting machine and selected  the square shape from the Fundamentals 1 SD card and clicked 3" and cut!

Go here  for the full-tutorial on how to get your fabric ready to cut!

You can Cut 2 at the same time and Sew around Three of the four sides.   Then, place a 2.5x2.5 piece of quilters batting inside each knee pad and sew up the fourth side.

Fray the edges of the fabric and that's it!  You're done!
I also, added a handmade button accent to the matching hat-ain't it cute?!

I can't wait to see my soon-to-be-here Grandson in this outfit I designed :)

Coming Soon-->Watch for the the Craftwell Blog hop for Your Chance to WIN a Craftwell eCraft electronic die cutting machine!
