Adorable Door Sign

The best gift for a new parent, is a healthy baby, that loves to sleep! But sometimes that's not the case, and when the baby IS sleeping it seems that all of the sudden, everyone wants to hold the baby! Well KimberlyRae Forde created a sweet way to let all the visitors in a new baby's home know, that the baby is getting some precious sleep!

Today, are you ready for a Super Simple baby shower gift?!

I wanted to make a 'shh...baby sleeping' sign for my daughter's door, from my left over DCWV 'Nursery Stack papers and this is what I came up with- all cut with my only electronic die cutting machine the Craftwell eCraft!

My project!

Really, all you need are a few household items, handmade ribbon, a couple of scrap paper, Craftwell eCraft cutter and you're set!

First, cut from the provided SD card that comes with your eCraft Fundamentals1 and choose the Image 7 Star. Cut 2 and ink them up. Then, adhere [with glue] staggering them together.

Make your 'Shh...Baby Sleeping' lettering in your cutters software and cut out the text out, with your cutter.

For the center piece, take one of the animal CUPCAKE liners and slightly flatten [not totally flat] and adhere to the stars.

Next, take a second liner and with your fingers scrunch the center and adhere to the first liner.

Adhere buttons and a handmade ribbon to each side of the star and you're done!
