Lyssa's Birthday Card!

CHA BLOG HOP continues! If you are here after visiting Denise O'Connor from Purple Paper Paradise, you are on track, and have reached your final spot! If you are visiting our blog for the first time and want to join the blog hop fun, start at KimberlyRae Ford's blog!

Today, Lyssa is going to show us how to make a beautiful birthday card, using our February sponsors, Unity Stamps and eCraft Die Cutable paper from the Paper Mill store!

Changed things up this week and did a card!

I love our sponsors for the month:
We received the ecraft diecutable cardstock from the Paper Mill store and Unity Stamps!I specifically used,   Life Documented Banner and Life's Short...Eat Cake Kit

Supplies I used:
White CutMates Diecutable Cardstock
Unity Stamps
Bella Blvd Sophisticates blue paper
Brown ink
eCraft
Sewing machine
Rounded corner trimmer
Paper Trimmer with Scallop blade
Ribbon I had on hand
Glue Dots

Love this card. seriously wish it was my birthday!

I started with a 12x12 cardstock and ran it through the eCraft and cut out a circle.

From there, I cut about a 7 inch piece that was including the circle and then folded into a card to make a window.

Next I used the Unity Stamps for the cake and banner and phrase.

I used Glue Dots to add the cake and "frosting".

I used my sewing machine to sew on the Banner pendants and also the gold ribbon on the card.
I used the circle that I had cut out for the message inside.

Who wouldn't love to get this on their big day ;)
