Cut 'n' Boss Design Team: Suzanna Lee Cycle 11
Gorgeous card by Suzanna Lee featuring one of our favorite techniques!
See her project below!
Hi there Craftwell fans! Suzanna here today to share with you a card that I created using my Craftwell Cut'N Boss. I wanted a custom background that coordinated with a Pebbles collection I was working with. I pulled out one of the new Hero Arts Ombre ink pads and an embossing folder to create just the look I wanted.
Gather your supplies;
- Cut'N Boss
- embossing folder
- ink pad
- cardstock (in this case, white)
Swipe your ink pad over one of the halves of your embossing folder. Pay attention to whether you are inking the emboss side or the deboss side. Note here that the ink went into the deboss.
Carefully place your cardstock on top of the inked side and slowly lower the other half of the folder on top. Be sure to grab the folder firmly.
Create your Craftwell Cut'N Boss sandwich as follows;
Remove cardstock and layer as shown. Don't forget to clean up your embossing folder. I just sprayed stamp cleaner and used a baby wipe for the nooks and crannies.
The above technique is a great way to add a personal touch of dimension to any project, don't you think?
Thanks for stopping in today!
