Girl’s Week for Fun!
We forget that before Valentine's comes Mardi Gras! Good thing Debi is here to remind us with this cool project! See below:
This week has been filled with fun for me.I love Mardi Gras and even though I was unable to attend I got some terrific photos sent to me. These really shared great feelings and made me smile! Then the Great Valentine’s Day came. I fixed a special dinner for my Valentine. He truly loved the card that I made him. It was my project for this blog last week. I also received a special die that I am using for my project for next week. I love seeing what the eBosser can do. Next week I will be stitchin up a storm with my eBosser making my cutting job so easy!
Now for this great week I decided to give my self one of my favorite things…SHOES. Not many of my friends know this but I love high heeled shoes and have boxes full. I don’t wear them much but now and then I will try them on. Well here is to me!
Alright so you have me it is not a real shoe, but a wonderful card. This is from SVGcuts and their great Amelie's Accessories SVG Kit. I love the way my eCraft took to cutting it out for me and how my eBosser and my Fiskars’ Texture plate made my shoe come to life. I also used some great pencils to push the envelope and make my shoe stand out. I used Staedtler Karat Aquarell pencils used dry not as watercolors. I love the three dimensional look that I achieved with them. I also made a silver tassel that I made into a rosette. It followed the line I made of silver which is laced through the side of my shoe. A lovely large blingy stone tops the silver rosette. I hope that you enjoy my post this week.
Next week we visit the sewing room for a project you are sure to enjoy. One that can be easily done and quickly finished!
Have a wonderful week!
Thank you Debi!
