CHA Recap By Jazmin Gibbons
Remember I told you yesterday that I had more pictures? Do you also remember that I told you that the CHA Show was overwhelmingly awesome and full of pretty? Well, get ready to see some serious eye candy below! I put lots of pretty stuff onto this post!
Lets begin with Debi. She's so pretty, and nice. But she's not all looks, Debi is talented! While at CHA she partnered with Crafters Companion UK to teach an eBrush class where she really got down to the details and taught the ins and outs of the machine. She taught techniques, and some useful tips! Debi will be back tomorrow, with details from the class on a different post!
A close up look at a gorgeous project created by Jan Hunter of our eBrush design team! This little project turned heads!
Now onto our little walk around the show!
Lets begin with the king of crafty, Mr. Tim Holtz booth.
When it comes to the aged, nostalgia, old timey look, there is no one that does it better, am I right?
We instantly loved this cool frame! We have seen these in plastic, but to see it in a nice, heavy brass that can be easily incorporated into home decor won it for me. While I love the cute "crafty" look, I really like the grown up look when decorating my home.
Here are some ideas I loved! I liked this beautiful project! This is something I could display in my living room!
This ^ example was my favorite. I felt like I could put some of my kids award ribbons that aren't super cute, and make them fit for display!
This another great project for your wall! I love gallery walls with meaning, and this frame gave me ideas!
Onto more eye candy! Tired yet? I hope not, because now we are entering my favorite territory.
Day Planners.
Before Planners were a "thing" I was the girl hoarding them. I don't even like writing on them that much, I just like holding them, and looking at them. So, it was no surprise that these planners made my list for MUST buy this year!
Websters Pages has some RAD planners. What I loved about them, is that they are cute, but grown up. Again, I like the crafty look, but I also want them to fit my style. These fit the bill. They come in different sizes and cute colors, but are stylish too!

The inside of the planners have beautiful quotes, pretty pages, and nice picture dividers... simply dreamy!
Swoon...
If you are getting a sugar rush from all this eye candy, you may want to take a break... or NOT! Keep going! Lets enjoy this goodness until our eyes pop out!
Confetti, is the newest collection by Maggie Holmes. This one is a good one!
What I love about this collection is that it has some pretty florals that remind me of wallpaper, and a touch of whimsy, which Maggie Holmes is so good at.
I loved this Confetti Collection! And I think it would go great with Teresa Collins' new line of acetate paper! This paper embosses like a DREAM on the Teresa Collins Cut 'n' Boss! Like, super gorgeous! These plastics are a MUST have for some projects! I already have my eyes on the gold stripe and the black polkadot!
As we move along, we now come to Taylored Expressions.. a cute little booth with awesome stamps and dies! We also found the cutest cards!
loved this cute latte card!
And this doughnut card was to die for!
As we continued along, we found that party and celebration were a big trend!
Loved the details on this party table!
Crates are such a good idea! We can think of a million ways to use them!
Lastly, we ended at A Gilded Life booth. That booth has so much pretty!
Fell in love with this wooden box display! Maybe for next Christmas...
I hope you enjoyed my recap! What is the area of crafts you are more interested in? Home decor, party, or paper crafting? Would love to know!
