Birthday Cards are so much fun! We decided to create a fun card using our favorite, Teresa Collins embossing folder (decor circles) and some Fancy Pants Designs accents!

Check out the emboss!!! The embossing was created using the new Teresa Collins Cut 'n' Boss!

Using only some scraps, we were able to whip this cute card in no time!
