Design Team: Liz O. Week 13 Cycle 9
It's never too early to start planning for future holidays! See how Liz is preparing for Halloween in July, thanks to Core'dinations paper!
Hello Crafty Friends,
I wanted to share with you another quick and fun project using the fabulous Core'dinations Cardstock.
This time, I used a tag die to create a Mini Album for my sweet friend Sandy whose birthday is on October 31st. She loves to celebrate with a costume party every year. This time She asked me if I could design something, easy to put together by her guests, and this is how this mini was born :)
Creative supplies:
Core'dinations Vintage collection, Distress collection and smooth cardstock
Dust buddy
EBosser
Tag metal die and different dies
Embossing folders ( mine is from Spellbinders)
Permanent Adhesive
Brass brads
Hole puncher (single)
Twine
Creative Process:
First I folded my black smooth cardstock and cut several tags positioning the folded edge off the end of the tag, to create a "double" page for my minibook. Once I got enough pages, punched a couple of holes on the "spine" to fasten it together.
Add a brad and small tag on each rounded edge of half of the pages. For the cover I used purple cardstock from the Vintage Collection, embossed and sanded. Glue together two pages to cover the brad. Put it together using twine, or ribbon. Decorate to your liking and done!
As always thanks for stoping by, have a craftyful day ;)
Liz
