Guest Designer: Jazmin Gibbons Week 10 Cycle 7

Fun in the Sun!

Jazmin Gibbons is our guest designer today! See how she utilized Amy Tangerines Cut & Paste collection to piece together a cheery layout!

Hello everyone! I'm excited to be back on as a guest! As many of you know, I work for Craftwell, but my first passion is scrapbooking! I really have a passion for pictures and for preserving those pictures in a special way!

Recently, my family & I took a little weekend trip to the beach! And I took many pictures of my kids. OK, and insane amount of pictures actually! My kids are ages 9 & 6 and I feel like these years are flying by! So, with a mommy panic and camera in hand I worked hard to capture every moment of them at the beach!

While there I saw my 6 year old daughter running in and out of the water, just simply running in and out chasing the waves! She was so adorable and I happened to snap this picture of her just enjoying her time getting wet and under the sun shining down on her!

As soon as I got home, I went to get photos printed! I knew this photo would look adorable surrounded by bright, fun colors, and when I saw all of Amy Tangerine's Cut & Paste collection, I just knew how I wanted to use them!

I love this cardstock by Amy Tangerine! I saw it, and loved the details of the border! They looked like faded washi tape and made for a perfect backdrop to some misting sprays I wanted to use.

All of the stickers, paper, and thicker letters really made this entire layout work!

Here is what I used:

-Amy Tangerines, stickers, die cutouts, chipboard letters, paper (Cut & Paste Collection)
Xyron mega runner for gluing
Heidi Swapp Misting sprays
Dear Lizzy Thickers (mint)
Dear Lizzy date stamp

I hope you liked my layout!

-Jazmin

Thank you Jazmin! And now is your turn! What is your favorite scrapbooking supply you can't live without? is it mists? chipboard pieces? Let us know in the comment section!
