Design Team: Caroline Duncan Week 11 Cycle 7

Thanks!

Happy Monday! We had a fantastic time with the Teresa Collins Weekend blog hop! Thank you everyone that hopped along! The winners will be revealed here on Oct 1st!

And now, for more inspiring projects! This one is by Caroline Duncan (you might remember her from this weekends' hop!) working with Amy Tangerines 'Cut & Paste' line! See how she created this adorable card!

Hello Everyone!  I’ve been having so much creating with the Amy Tangerine Cut & Paste Collection from American Crafts!  It is beautiful and makes creating a breeze.  I combined it with another of my favorites – the gorgeous new Cabbage Rose letter sized embossing folder from the Teresa Collins Craftwell Collection.  After embossing the Cabbage Rose, I inked the raised areas by swiping my ink pad over the top.  Then I layered on some solid card stock and the striped Amy Tangerine paper.  I used one of the chipboard tickets from the Amy Tangerine Bits for my sentiment.  I inked it with some Distress Stain and Ink, then stamped on it.  To finish the card, I wrapped organza ribbon around the panel before securing it on a 6x6 top fold card.  Then I arranged the sentiment chipboard piece with some paper flowers from my stash and added a bow and crystal bling.
