Design Team: Lisa Somerville Week 13


Lisa Somerville's Baby Girl Ornament


We have an adorable baby girl ornament that is so sweet, you almost want to kiss it! Using Peachy Keen Stamps & the eCraft, Lisa was able to melt our hearts with this pretty in pink ornament.

Gems  (Not Shown, Recollections Collection from Michaels
Ornament (Hobby Lobby – these are the ½ circles that you snap together to create the ornament)
Shredded Tinsel (Hobby Lobby)
Stamp –Peachy Keen Stamps Teddy Bear and Reindeer Face Parts
3L Tape Removable Adhesive/Dimensionals
Ink – Ranger Coffee Archival, Ranger Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
Card Stock – Stampin’ Up! Chocolate, Pink, Vanilla
Snug Hug Seam Binding (not shown)
SCAL Software
White Gel Pen (not shown)
Corduroy Button (not shown)
Spun Sugar Distress Stain (not shown)

eCraft Settings:
Pressure Setting – 5
Tab Density –0
Tab Width – 0
Multi Cut – 0
Blade Cap – on
Card Stock Stabilizer used


Open SCAL software and add Template – resize to fit your stamped images


Cut bear pieces from card stock using the eCraft.  I’ve found it easiest when cutting the pieces that will be layered to adhere a piece of 3L Adhesive to the card stock before cutting.  Set aside.


Stamp bear face, sponge edges, assemble as shown

If desired add a piece of fishing line to your die cut image and secure it to one top half of the ornament, add Tinsel.  Embellish as desired
